Oh, yeah… I almost forgot the game tonight… just kidding… The Devils are hosting Daniel Briere, and his first place Flyers, who made the two-hour drive north on the Turnpike… If you caught some of the Devils 5-0 vicious attack by the Pittsburgh Penguins on Monday, you probably could not sleep that night… well, at least that’s what head Brent Sutter told the media

Home Court Advantage, Special Teams, Scoring, Defense, Goaltending… Winning?

The Devils have won their last eight home games against the Flyers… in Continental Airlines Arena… can they continue their Atlantic Division dominance in their new multi-dimensional Prudential Center?

The Unspecial Teams… at least that’s what John Fischer deemed the Devils power play (24^th in the league) and penalty kill (29^th of 30 teams) this season in his most recent post… the scary thing is that the Devils don’t spend so much time in the penalty box this season either.  According to ESPN, the Devs have been on the PK 58 times, third fewest in the entire league… their power play has been equally as poor, 0-11 in the past three contests, and I think 2-33 in their last eight games or so (not 100% sure)…

Scoring- the Devils have been shutout so many times this season (five already)… including the last time these two teams met in Philly… time to turn on the engines, Elias- that includes you as well.

Goaltending- Brodeur could use some help defensively, I cannot count how many odd-man rushes the Devils have allowed this season… his stats are poor that I give you, but from what I mentioned above, he is not to blame…

Winning- If the Devils score, work hard, score on the man advantage, they will be successful… otherwise, well I don’t wanna know the otherwise…
