About Devils Daily
Ian and Jeremy are the two men behind Devilsdaily, a New Jersey Devils sports blog. We realized that the Devils and their devoted fan base deserved recognition for their success throughout the years. While the 82-game season is not in motion, we will keep you posted on a variety of sports topics. Devilsdaily is an outlet for that recognition.
About the founders:
Ian is a co-founder and Web Designer of Devilsdaily. His daily responsibilities include updating the site, marketing strategies, and customer relations. Ian's experience in web design and blogging stems from previously maintaining several web sites and blogs in the sports and financial industries. He is currently employed in the financial sector dealing with foreign currency trading and operations.
Jeremy is the lead writer and co-founder of Devilsdaily. He has published over 30 articles for the Daily Targum, the largest student-run newspaper at Rutgers University, with a circulation of 17,000. He also has experience in marketing, search engine optimization strategies and blogging. He is a voracious blog reader and intends to follow the leads of Deadspin, AOL Fanhouse, Metsblog, and The Big Lead among countless others who have succeeded in the blogging industry.
Joel Pollack or as other call him, Dude Joel, is our leading guest writer, a huge hockey fan and player. He has been playing foot, roller, and ice hockey since childhood and admires the New Jersey Devils. While Joel is not playing or watching his Devils play, he spends time as a community service officer, patrolling the university, providing event security, residence hall and building security, and operating the Knight Mover Shuttle. His vast work experiences include an internship with ESPN, Roadrunner Records, and Group SJR dealing with media relations.
Mo West is another contributer to Devilsdaily, a skilled hockey player, and sports fan. From the New York Jets to the NY Mets, and yes, the NJ Devils of course, Mo does not spread himself thin. His experiences include a summer internship with the New York Mets organization... well, not exactly. You have to ask him about that position yourself.
As you know, a website takes time to build up so we are asking everyone out there to bear with us as the site and readership continue to grow daily. Feel free to read our current blogs, post comments, and give us feedback. Your efforts are much appreciated.
